When engaging our services, you agree to the following obligations:

• Promptly notify us of any changes to information previously provided that may affect your engagement with our services

DM & CO ELITE operates on a commission and/or advisory fee basis depending on the nature of the service engaged. Our fee structure will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any paid service engagement.

• Commission fees are typically payable upon successful completion of a transaction
• Advisory or retainer fees, where applicable, are payable as agreed in the service agreement
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payments must be made through approved channels as instructed in writing by DM & CO ELITE
• We reserve the right to withhold services if fees remain outstanding beyond agreed payment terms
